Refund policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days. If you have any issues with your received product, please reach out to us via contact@leomateo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues:

We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and contact us immediately if they notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective measures to rectify the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on damaged, personalized products, or gift cards.

Exchanges:

We are pleased to offer exchanges. To ensure a seamless exchange process, please contact us to provide details about the item you wish to exchange. If the exchange is approved, you will receive a discount code for the same amount to order a new product. We will also provide you with a return address for the original item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional expenses incurred.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
