The delivery time for these shipments is typically only 1-3 working days, meaning that you can quickly enjoy your selected products.

Our commitment to fast deliveries extends beyond borders. For orders dispatched from our warehouses outside Sweden, we strive to ensure that you receive your order within six working days. It is important to note that during holidays and public holidays, delivery times may be extended, but we do our utmost to keep delays to a minimum.

Returns:

We offer a generous 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@leomateo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return shipping label, and you only need to follow the included instructions to return the product.

Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved and processed. It is important to only return items after you have received the return shipping label from us to ensure a smooth process.

Damages and issues:

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on damaged, personalized products, or gift cards.

Exchanges:

We are pleased to offer exchanges. To ensure a seamless exchange process, please contact us to provide details about the item you wish to exchange. If the exchange is approved, you will receive a discount code for the same amount to order a new product. We will also provide you with a return address for the original item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional expenses incurred.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
